How do I calibrate my conductivity meter - and how often?

We recommend that you consult the manual for your specific instrument to determine which solutions you should use. It is common to use 84uS, 1413uS, and 12.88mS and we advise you to calibrate at least one a month. Choose a calibration solution which is as close as possible to the expected value of the test solution or one that falls within the upper third of the conductivity value you expect to obtain from your sample.
